Mark Carter joined Buchalter as a shareholder in its litigation practice group in Atlanta, the firm announced Thursday.

Carter represents construction owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers across the United States and internationally. He negotiates design-build, EPC, and material supply contracts, and has tried construction cases in state and federal courts and in arbitrations, and mediations nationwide, the firm said.
