Crowell & Moring Adds Former DOJ Litigator Kenneth Dintzer

Kenneth Dintzer joined Crowell & Moring as a partner in its antitrust and competition, government contracts, and litigation groups in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

Crowell is a former senior Justice Department litigator who has served attorneys general during six presidential administrations, the firm said. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, argued dozens of motions, and tried more than 20 cases, often as the lead or supervising attorney.

Most recently he was the deputy branch director in the national courts section of the DOJ’s civil division and a senior trial counsel in the agency’s antitrust division.
