Golub Leads $300 Million Loan for Pest Control Company Greenix

Golub Capital led a private credit loan of around $300 million to support private equity firm Gridiron Capital’s purchase of pest control company Greenix, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Churchill Asset Management, Morgan Stanley’s private credit arm and Apogem Capital also participated in the deal, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private information.

Representatives for Churchill and Morgan Stanley declined to comment. Representatives for Golub, Apogem and Greenix didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
