Group Tied to RFK Jr. Denied Bid to Join Vaccine Schedule Suit

A prominent anti-vaccine advocacy group formerly tied to US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been blocked from intervening in litigation that could determine the fate of federal childhood vaccine recommendations.

Children’s Health Defense’s motion to intervene in a lawsuit from the American Academy of Pediatrics and other groups against the US Department of Health and Human Services was denied Friday.
