The Trump administration violated two Harvard Medical School Professors’ First Amendment rights by censoring their papers because they contained words related to gender ideology, a federal judge said Wednesday.
“I would be hard pressed to find how on the record as it stands now the plaintiffs’ individual First Amendment rights weren’t violated,” said Leo Sorokin, a judge for the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts during a hearing on the professors’ request that he temporarily block the government from restricting their speech.
