An Inspire Medical Systems Inc. investor’s request to voluntarily dismiss his derivative suit over the sleep apnea device company’s prior authorization program is granted, a federal court ruled Thursday.
Lawrence Hollin said in his request that he had decided to seek to inspect company books and records instead—a preliminary step to a possible new derivative suit on behalf of the company. Notice to Inspire shareholders isn’t required, Judge Nancy Brasel said for the US District Court for the District of Minnesota.
