Judge Advances Lilly Suit Over Online Platforms’ Mounjaro Copies

A federal judge ruled Eli Lilly & Co. can proceed with its challenge against two telehealth platforms promoting copycat versions of its obesity and diabetes treatments, finding the drugmaker sufficiently demonstrated that it suffers economic harm from their actions.
