Judge Rejects Army Redactions in Moderna Covid-Shot Patent Case

A federal judge is letting the US government intervene in Arbutus Biopharma Corp. and Genevant Sciences GmbH’s patent lawsuit over Moderna Inc.'s Covid-19 vaccine to argue over sealing disputes but rejected its bid to redact Army employee information from the record.
