Keystone Pipeline Operator Gets Regulatory Approval to Restart

The operator of the Keystone oil pipeline obtained US regulatory approval to restart the line and is waiting for weather conditions to improve before resuming crude transportation.

South Bow Corp. was readying a restart when inclement weather delayed aerial patrol activities, the company said in a statement Monday. The company is monitoring the weather before proceeding with “a carefully controlled restart.”
