Steven McCool and Julia Coleman joined McGuireWoods as partners in its government investigations and white collar litigation department in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.
McCool and Coleman represent companies and individuals in matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export controls, bank fraud, money laundering, securities fraud, government contracting fraud, and mortgage and other accounting fraud, the firm said.
They join from McCool Law.
