Omnicom, Interpublic CEOs Confident Ad Merger Gets Approved

The heads of Omnicom Group Inc. and Interpublic Group believe their plan to form the world’s largest advertising agency will get regulatory approval.

“We have a high degree of confidence that it’s something we can achieve,” Philippe Krakowsky, chief executive officer of Interpublic, told Bloomberg Television in a joint interview with Omnicom CEO John Wren.
