Some top Senate Republicans are reluctant to move on a proposal that would tie drug prices in the US to those in other countries.
Senate Finance Committee Republicans met with Dr. Mehmet Oz on Capitol Hill last week to discuss next steps for Trump’s health care framework unveiled last month, multiple senators told Bloomberg Government. That meeting with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services administrator included discussions of the Most Favored Nation policy.
