US Restores Family Planning Funding for Some After Delay (1)

Three organizations offering free and low-cost family planning services across six states announced Wednesday that the Trump administration had released federal grants following a three-month review into their clinics.

The Missouri Family Health Council Inc., the sole Title X grantee in the state, received notice informing the organization that its funding under Title X of the Public Health Service Act was restored after the organization certified that “no one’s given special treatment based on their protected class,” Executive Director Michelle Trupiano said in an interview.
