Yellow Initiates Efforts to Claw Back More Than $100 Million

Yellow Corp. filed nearly 400 lawsuits in an effort to claw back more than $100 million in transfers made before the trucking company went bankrupt.

A $9.5 million claim against Norfolk Southern Corp. is one of the largest amounts Yellow sought in complaints filed Wednesday and Thursday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Yellow also filed suits against Bestpass Inc. for nearly $5 million, Belk Logistics LLC for $4.4 million, James River Petroleum Inc. for $4 million, and Hightowers Petroleum Co. for $3.9 million.
