Youth and DC Lawmakers Rally Behind Climate Rights Resolution

Senate and House Democrats teamed up with young climate plaintiffs Wednesday in Washington, DC, to ignite a congressional push against Trump administration’s coordinated campaign bolstering fossil fuel production.

Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) announced a concurrent resolution at a rally on Capitol Hill, joined by a coalition of young people who are bringing yet another constitutional climate case to federal courts.
