A former Molson Coors manager sued the brewing company for sex discrimination and retaliation, claiming she was fired weeks after reporting sexual harassment by a male coworker.
Amber Sustar worked as a packaging optimization manager at Molson Coors Beverage Co. USA LLC’s Milwaukee brewery, according to a complaint filed May 29 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Sustar reported coworker Steve Maksim to management and human resources in late May 2025 after he allegedly sent her sexually explicit messages, made degrading sexual remarks, and spread rumors about an inappropriate relationship between them, the complaint said. ...
