Molson Coors Settles Ex-Worker’s Race Bias, Medical Leave Suit

Molson Coors Beverage Co. resolved claims brought by a Black former employee that he was fired in retaliation for reporting alleged racial discrimination.

The parties on Wednesday notified the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio that they reached a settlement. Granada McNeil alleged in his 2024 complaint that he was subjected to unwarranted accusations and discriminatory treatment by human resources and management.
