California dropped its lawsuit that alleged the Trump administration slashed $33 million in federal funding after accusing the state of failing to crack down on drivers who didn’t demonstrate English proficiency.
California Attorney General Rob Bonta (D) voluntarily dismissed the case March 6 while giving his office the right to refile the suit.
