A partial motion for summary judgment by Galactic Enterprises, LLC and its subsidiaries is granted in part on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law religious discrimination and failure to accommodate claims by employees discharged for refusing a Covid-19 vaccine, where they failed to exhaust remedies on the state claims, as they didn’t file a charge with the appropriate agency or receive a right-to-sue letter, but their Title VII claims’ punitive damages survive, a federal court said.
