GAO Backs Revised DOJ Services Request After New ManTech Protest

The US Department of Justice acted properly when it revised its criteria for evaluating price realism and limited the scope of quotation revisions for its information technology contract, the Government Accountability Office said.

ManTech Advanced Systems International Inc. protested the department’s latest terms of request for quotations issued by the DOJ and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for digital and information services. The DOJ amended the RFQ’s terms after challenges from multiple protesters, including ManTech, concerning their elimination from the competition.
