Judge Blocks Deportation of Colorado Attack Suspect’s Family (3)

A US judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deporting the wife and children of a man charged with fire-bombing more than a dozen people at a Colorado event in support of Israeli hostages.

US District Judge Gordon Gallagher ruled Wednesday that the family cannot be removed from the state, let alone the US, while legal proceedings related to the family go forward. The lawsuit seeking to block the deportations was filed on behalf of the wife of Mohamed Soliman and her five children, ranging in age from 4 to 17.
