A construction industry group is withdrawing its legal challenge to a Biden administration rule requiring collective bargaining agreements with unions on certain large-scale federal contracts.
Associated General Contractors of America Inc. and eight construction companies filed a notice of voluntary dismissal Tuesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana without an explanation as to why they were ending their lawsuit.
