AmTrust Insurer Ends Coverage Suit Over Food Flavoring Death

An AmTrust Financial Services Inc. insurance unit is dropping its suit against a flavoring manufacturer over coverage for a wrongful death case.

Associated Industries Insurance Co. filed a notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, noting Bell Flavors & Fragrances Inc. hasn’t responded to the insurer’s complaint.
