ING’s CFO Phutrakul to Leave Post a Year Early in 2026 (2)

ING Groep NV Chief Financial Officer Tanate Phutrakul will step down next year after 24 years at the Netherlands’ largest bank.

Phutrakul will leave his post as of the annual general meeting in April 2026, ING said in a statement on Thursday. His appointment for a second term to the executive board had been due to run until 2027.

ING shares rose less than 1% early Thursday and are up about 18% over the past year. The bank said it has started looking for a successor.
