Securitas, Expedia Sued by Allianz Over Hidden Restroom Cameras

Securitas AB units and Expedia Inc. were hit with a lawsuit from an Allianz SE insurer seeking to limit coverage for litigation alleging hidden cameras recorded people in workplace restrooms at an Expedia campus in Seattle.

Policies issued to Securitas by Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Co. exclude coverage for employment-related practices, privacy violations, and intentional conduct, the insurer said in a complaint Monday in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
