Best Buy’s Chief Technology Officer Is Leaving Retailer

Best Buy Co.’s chief digital, analytics and technology officer is leaving the company.

Brian Tilzer was chief digital officer at CVS Health Corp. before joining Best Buy in 2018. He helped oversee the electronics retailer’s development of apps and the adoption of generative AI to speed up customer support.

A spokesperson for Best Buy confirmed Tilzer was leaving the retailer, but didn’t say who will replace him.
