Greer Raises Stakes at Asia-Pacific Trade Summit: Supply Lines

When South Korea was planning the APEC Trade Ministerial meeting a few months ago, some top officials initially weren’t expected to make the trip.

That all changed when US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said he’d be there. Suddenly, a number of ministers from the 21 nations in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation organization said they also wanted to come to the resort island of Jeju.
