Russia’s oil exports fell to the lowest since August, with Moscow facing mounting difficulties delivering barrels to key buyer India. Imports into the south Asian country fell to a more-than-three-year low in December.
Russia shipped 3.16 million barrels a day in the four weeks to Jan. 18, according to vessel-tracking data compiled by Bloomberg. That’s down by about 700,000 barrels a day from a pre-Christmas peak and 260,000 barrels a day lower than the period to Jan. 11.
