Tax Court Adds Over 750 New Features to Case Management System

The U.S. Tax Court has added over 750 new features to DAWSON, its case management system, since the system’s debut in December 2020, the court said in a news release.

New features of the case management system include the ability to search for the court’s opinions, view recent orders and opinions, and accommodate remote proceedings.

• The court said it now will publicly release all orders in non-sealed cases, adding that the ability to view unsealed documents in cases where some documents have been sealed will be introduced in the coming months.
