Tesla, Intel CEOs to Be Grilled on Plans: US Earnings Week Ahead

Tesla Inc.’s earnings may pressure Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk to address criticism that his political involvement and the trade war will keep hurting business, following the carmaker’s weakest quarterly vehicle sales since 2022. Deliveries have only beaten consensus four times since 2022.

Intel Corp.’s Lip-Bu Tan will be another CEO in the spotlight. Tan, who took the helm in March, could detail further turnaround plans for the chipmaker after its recent decision to sell its Altera stake for about half what it paid.
