U.S. Trade Representative Names USMCA Enforcement Body Panelists

U.S. Trade Representative names 10 panelists to the enforcement body under the United States-Mexico-Canada trade deal that took force today.

  • Panelists include Stephen Vaughn, a partner at King & Spalding in the International Trade Practice Group and former general counsel for the U.S. Trade Representative Office; and Susan Braden, a former judge on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, USTR says in statement
  • NOTE: The panel is an enforcement mechanism for resolving state-to-state disputes
