US Agriculture Head to Visit Vietnam as Trump Teases Tariff Deal

Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins said she is headed to Vietnam, after President Donald Trump said the Southeast Asian nation is looking to cut a deal to avoid sharp tariffs on their exports to the US.

“I am also headed to Vietnam soon. We will be relentless in our work for all Americans — and especially our incredible farmers,” Rollins said Friday in a post on X, without specifying a date.
