For American farmers traveling through the Heartland scouting corn and soybean fields, it feels like 2019 all over again.

President Donald Trump is back in power, a trade war with top soybean buyer China is raging, and growers are coping with prices that are near the lowest levels in years. Huge crops ahead are only going to make matters worse.
