US Trade Court Rules Biden-Era Solar Tariff Moratorium Invalid

The US Court of International Trade issued a public version of its ruling that found the Biden Administration’s two-year pause on tariffs on solar imports from Southeast Asia was unlawful and it must be vacated, according to filing on Tuesday.

  • Court orders the collection of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on any presently unliquidated entries found to be circumventing tariffs on solar imports from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
