On Wednesday, officials in Washington are convening dozens of foreign ministers and officials from allied nations to hammer out plans, Bloomberg New is reporting. In parallel, President Donald Trump plans to launch a strategic critical-minerals stockpile to insulate manufacturers from supply shocks.
