A New York crisis pregnancy center partially failed to state claims against an abortion advocate it accused of vandalizing its property and scaring its patients, a federal court said.
CompassCare didn’t raise facts from which it could be inferred that defendant Jennifer Page engaged in or threatened force against it or its patients in violation of the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, the US District Court for the Western District of New York said Tuesday.
