AG Jeans Sues Set Active Over ‘AirLuxe’ Clothing Brand Trademark

Denim company AG Jeans accused a clothing retailer of infringing its trademark by using the “AirLuxe” branding on its apparel.

Adriano Goldschmied LLC sued Set Active LLC, alleging it violated AG Jeans’ federally registered “AirLuxe” trademark in a complaint filed Dec. 31 in the US District Court for the Central District of California.

AG Jeans seeks an injunction to stop Set Active from using the disputed mark, along with monetary damages, attorneys’ fees, and destruction of infringing products.
