Bodman Hires Corporate Governance Pro Jessica Lange in Detroit

Jessica Lange joined Bodman PLC as a member in its business practice group in Detroit, the firm announced Tuesday.

Lange advises corporate senior leadership teams and boards of directors on corporate governance, corporate transactions, securities law, and finance matters. She has experience leading teams, negotiating, and bringing parties together to work towards common objectives, solving corporate governance, ethics, and finance problems, and helping organizations develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure legal and contractual compliance.

She most recently served as vice president and associate general counsel for securities and finance for Darden, according to her LinkedIn profile.
