Bubble Beauty Inc. was sued by a rival skincare company seeking a declaration that its product packaging doesn’t violate Bubble’s trade dress.
1135 Skincare LLC, which operates the Saint Crewe brand, said Bubbles sent cease-and-desist letters in April and May 2026 demanding Saint Crewe immediately stop advertising and selling its skincare products, provide sales accounting, and recall all products from the marketplace. But Bubbles’ claimed trade dress isn’t recognized by consumers as distinctive, 1135 said in its complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
