Camden National Bank Customer Drops Suit Over Meta Info Sharing

A consumer dropped his proposed class action alleging Camden National Bank shared his personal information with Meta Platforms Inc. and Google LLC without consent in violation of state and federal privacy laws.

Lead plaintiff Michael Lessner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Maine, around three weeks after Camden National filed a motion to compel arbitration or in the alternative to dismiss.
