A federal district court in New York granted in part and denied in part Lynk Media LLC’s motion for summary judgment on this action against Independent Digital News and Media LLC for willful copyright infringement of five videos. The court said that Independent Digital infringed Lynk’s copyrights, but that a genuine issue of material fact exists as to willfulness.
