The District of Delaware denied Ford Motor Company’s motion to dismiss AutoConnect Holdings LLC’s action for infringement of patents involving automotive technologies and vehicle computer control systems. According to the court, dismissal for invalidity due to indefiniteness isn’t appropriate at the motion to dismiss stage, and AutoConnect provided sufficient detail and examples to state a claim for infringement of another patent.
