The District of Oregon granted in part and denied in part the parties’ motions for summary judgment on Columbia Sportswear Co.'s trade secret misappropriation, conversion, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty and duty of loyalty action against two former employees. The court denied the parties’ motions for summary judgment on trade secrets misappropriation, granted Columbia summary judgment on its claim for conversion, and granted Columbia partial summary judgment on its breach of contract claims.
