Citibank, Patent Owner Resolving Biometric Login Tech Dispute

Citibank NA and a patent owner are finalizing a settlement to resolve a dispute concerning biometric login technology.

Judge David Ezra on Wednesday granted Citibank and PACid Technologies LLC’s request to stay their lawsuit for an additional 30 days, after the companies said this week their initial agreement reached in November was taking longer than expected to complete.
