Renault is not allowed to sell its Megane and Clio models in Germany, Munich 1 Regional Court ruled yesterday, based on a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Broadcom, Wirtschaftswochereports , citing a person present at the pronouncement. - Cars must be recalled and then destroyed, the person said
- Broadcom sued Renault for infringing one of its Ethernet patents
- In the Clio model, the navigation system is connected via an unlicensed network cable connection, and in the Megane, the telematics control unit is connected in the same way
