Stephen DeCosse has returned to Morrison & Foerster as a partner with the corporate group in Tokyo, the firm said Tuesday.
DeCosse, who previously served as a corporate partner with the firm from 2001 to 2006, advises private equity firms and corporates on inbound and outbound M&A and joint venture transactions, according to Morrison Foerster.
He has experience with M&A transactions and joint ventures dealing with the technology, food and agriculture, energy, and transportation industries, Morrison Foerster said.
