David Solander has joined DLA Piper as a partner in the investment funds group in Washington, DC, the firm said on Thursday.
Solander provides advice on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters involving the asset management industry to financial services firms, according to DLA Piper.
He also offers compliance advice to managers on internal compliance reviews and assessing and developing compliance programs, DLA Piper said.
