Social media app Fizz Social Corp. and Instacart reached a settlement in a lawsuit accusing the food delivery service of infringing the “Fizz mark.”
Fizz Social and defendants Maplebar Inc.—which does business as Instacart—and event-planning app Partiful Co. are finalizing a written agreement and will request dismissal no later than Dec. 3, the parties said in a joint stipulation and proposed order approved by Judge Charles R. Breyer on Thursday.
