AI hardware company Groq Inc. resolved a trademark suit it brought against Groq Health Inc., closing one of a sprawling web of conflicts over Grok/Groq-based marks, including that of Elon Musk’s Grok generative AI program.
Details weren’t immediately available on the terms of the settlement that led to Monday’s dismissal of the case in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Counsel for the parties, which informed the court of their settlement last week, didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment Tuesday.
