Husch Blackwell Recruits Nick Agnello as Litigation Partner

Nick Agnello joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in its consumer financial services team in the firm’s litigation practice, the firm announced Tuesday.

Agnello defends major banking and financial services industry clients in civil litigation matters alleging violations of federal and state law. He handles individual and mass actions, class action defense, multi-district litigation, arbitration, contested foreclosure, regulatory compliance, appeals, and other commercial litigation matters, the firm said.

Agnello joins from Burr & Forman.
